Alisha Branson, the driving force behind BBC2 Enterprise Inc., has a
distinguished career marked by a commitment to helping individuals navigate the
complexities of homeownership. With experience as a former manager at Chase
Mortgage and a seasoned mortgage broker, Alisha has facilitated countless
families in realizing their dreams of owning a home.

Furthermore, Alisha Branson possesses extensive knowledge in loan modification,
having assisted numerous homeowners in securing favorable terms to keep their homes
amidst financial challenges. As the Assistant Vice President of Bank of America's
foreclosure department, Alisha Branson gained unique insights into the intricacies of
foreclosure processes and the importance of proactive intervention.

Not content with merely addressing challenges after they arise, Alisha also
brings a proactive approach to the table. As a licensed real estate agent, she has helped individuals find their ideal homes while ensuring transparency and
integrity throughout the process. Additionally, as the owner-operator of a title company,
Alisha Branson has firsthand experience in facilitating smooth real estate transactions,
further enriching our organization's expertise.

Reverend Stanley G. McDonald Jr. is a native of Masontown Pa where he was introduced to the gospels while attending St. John Baptist Church until his teenage years and then Mallory Chapel AME where he accepted the Lord as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of 15.  He enlisted into the United States Air Force in March of 1985 and served on active duty until December 31, 2011 when he retired honorably after serving over 26 years.

In 1996 he accepted his calling to ministry while attending Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Goldsboro NC and then ultimately preached his initial sermon in April, 1997.  In August, 1999 he received his ordination certification from Canaan Full Gospel Baptist Church, Goldsboro, NC.  Reverend McDonald was blessed to be able to preach the gospel throughout God’s missionary field while being stationed throughout the United States and overseas in Okinawa Japan, Misawa Japan, Kosovo and South Korea.  During his active duty service he spent 18 years as a Logistician specializing in Inventory Management and 8 years as a First Sergeant.  He finished his military career in South Korea as a First Sergeant while also serving as one of the senior ministers at the Osan Air Base Chapel. After retiring from the Air Force, he moved to Ashland Kentucky in March 2012, where he continue supporting his brothers and sisters in arms by working at the Veterans Administration (VA) Regional Office in Huntington WV as the Human Resources Assistant. In June of 2017 the Lord provided an opportunity for Rev. McDonald to transition from the VA to take on the challenge of becoming the first African American to hold the position of Transportation Director at the Ashland Independent School District.

As a bi-vocational pastor, Rev. McDonald is the pastor of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church and the Transportation Director at the Ashland Independent School District. As a staunch believer of higher education, he’s received Associate degrees in Logistics and Human Resources, a Bachelor’s degree in Religion and Business, Master’s degrees in Pastoral Counseling and a Seminary degree in Homiletics and currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Pastoral Counseling through Liberty University, Lynchburg VA.  As an active member of the Ashland KY community, Rev. McDonald is a member of the Boyd & Greenup County NAACP council, serves as the volunteer chaplain for the Ashland Police Department, as well as, served as the president of the Ashland Area Ministerial Association for 3 years. He currently sits as a board member of the following non-profit organizations within the city of Ashland KY: Ashland Community Kitchen and the Black History Museum. He currently serves as vice-president on the Four Winds Christian Ministries Inc. board of directors, San Antonio TX, and President of BBC2 Enterprise Inc.

Dawn Matthews-Howze, the visionary founder of Home Indeed Realty, has been a guiding force in the real estate and mortgage industry for over two decades. As a previously licensed real estate agent, senior mortgage loan officer, and Assistant Vice President (AVP) in mortgage servicing, Dawn's journey is marked by leadership, expertise, and a profound commitment to community empowerment.

Real Estate Visionary and Investor: At the helm of Home Indeed Realty, Dawn has emerged as a seasoned real estate investor with a robust portfolio. Her strategic insight and

dedication to navigating the complexities of real estate extend beyond personal success to embody a broader vision of community upliftment.

Project Management in Mortgage Servicing: As an AVP in Project Management/Business Support at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch for over a decade, Dawn played a pivotal role in leading various mid and large-scale projects. Her responsibilities encompassed project planning, process mapping, testing, training, implementation, and post-analysis. Dawn's strategic approach to identifying and developing project plans for end-to-end process enhancement, coupled with her expertise in root cause and gap analysis, has been instrumental in driving business process improvements and mitigating risks within Mortgage Servicing nationwide.

Community Empowerment Advocate: Dawn's commitment extends beyond boardrooms into

communities, particularly in underserved, often marginalized African American communities. As the owner of Home Indeed Realty, she passionately teaches individuals how to become homeowners and real estate investors, aiming to build generational wealth and foster sustainable growth.

Mortgage Industry Mavern: Before her role at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Dawn served as a Senior Loan Officer at US Funding. Here, she assisted residential and commercial clients, providing not only financial support but also training new professionals and nurturing skill development within the industry.

Beth is a seasoned professional who dedicated 43 years of her career to PPG Industries, retiring in 2020. During her tenure, she excelled in various roles, culminating in 16 years as a Logistics Analyst. Beyond her corporate achievements, Beth is deeply committed to community service and currently serves on several boards. She holds influential positions such as President of the Leechburg Public Library Board, member of the Gilpin Township Zoning Board, and active roles in the Leechburg Area Community Association and the Gilpin Township Industrial & Economic Development Advisory Commission. Beth's dedication to her community extends further as she is a certified PennDot and traveling notary, always ready to lend her expertise wherever needed.
